What foods can I freeze?
We don't recommend freezing. Freezing foods changes the texture and takes so long to reheat that you're more likely to skip past it when you're starving and opt for a quicker (but not as healthy) option. Instead, we advocate making all your meals in advance and storing them in the fridge for quicker reheating. (We advocate cooking one day a week for a few hours, see this video for help.)
