I paid for the plan, but I haven't received it - help!
Please check your spam folder as the meal plan may have ended up there. Please also note that if you used PayPal, the meal plan goes to the default email address associated with your PayPal account. If you share the account with someone (i.e. your spouse or partner) or you have multiple email addresses, please check all inboxes and spam folders. If you haven't received the meal plan or a receipt (separate email) within 4 hours of purchase, the order likely did not go through. You can check your bank or credit card statements to verify. If you received a payment receipt, but not the meal plan, forward your payment confirmation email to support (at) getmealplans.com for assistance.
